The advantage of buying it in bulk is that it is significantly cheaper on a per use basis and it allows one to take the herbs in the most traditional way—as a tea. Tablets are considered by many to be a quicker, more convenient method of taking the herbs along with providing the option of not having to taste the herbs. Many Ayurvedic practitioners feel that their clients are more likely to take the herbs if they are provided in tablet form.

Products as per Ayurvedic Standards : Herbs are powdered in their original form without extracting any oil or any of the active phyto-ingredient  . Herb like turmeric, neem seeds  babchi , yellow shatavari (from Nepal)has oil inside. We grind with the oil instead of extracting the oil because oil has also unique properties. This makes processing lengthy and involve lot of labour. But potency and full spectrum of the herb paysoff its price to user.
– Magnets. Attaching a magnet (that sticks by adhesive) to the part of your skin above your 3rd eye (located between your two physical eyes but slightly higher or slightly above the eyes) for a few hours throughout the day will also stimulate the Pineal Gland and help to decalcify it. Magnets cause the body to become alkaline, especially the part of the body where the magnet is attached. Any strength (gauss) magnet will work, but only use magnets on the head area during waking hours. The energy from Ra (Sun) will magnify the strength of the magnet’s effect on the Pineal Gland.

Along with increased energy flow, we see that the nutrients in the foods are more effectively distributed in the body. This results in a number of shifts as nutritional imbalances and the illnesses they create are resolved..,With optimal absorption of nutrients,  the body balance comes back into harmony. People who are below normal weight gain weight. People who are above normal weight reduce to their optimal health.
Haritaki is perfect for you if you are planning a diet or cleansing cycle. Please keep in mind, however that Haritaki is not a tonic herb and is not intended to be taken daily for an extended period. It’s important that educate yourself of any possible risks or contraindications for conditions you may have or if you’re a pregnant or lactating women.
Interestingly, haritaki has a “scraping” action in the body, supporting the body in gentle cleansing and detoxification, which ultimately keeps systems running smoothly and can even help with maintaining healthy weight levels.19 How haritaki manages to be both cleansing and rejuvenating is a bit of an Ayurvedic paradox, but it is certainly one of the many reasons why haritaki is so effective.

Some herbs cannot undergo this bhavna process - such as Vidarikandkand, Shatavari yellow,Lajwant (Mimosa pudic)] because they have mucilagenous properties and only the defined parts are used. In such cases, we like to combine different varieties of same herb to obtain maximum potency. Also each variety has some additional benefits to offer .  For example , Tulsi has many varieties like  Krishna or shyama Tulsi , Rama Tulsi, Vana Tulsi best way to use all varities of tulsi. This way it helps to provide maximum benefits of the same herb and also accounts for the full spectrum of the the plant family.
In Ayurvedic literature, although the plant is mentioned in Brihatrayee (the three main lexicons of Ayurveda Charak-Susruta-Vagbhatt), its variety is not described by them. Nighantus have only stated the different varieties of Haritaki (i.e. Vijaya, Rohini, Putana, Amrita, Abhaya, Jivanti, and Chetaki), based on the region where the fruit is harvested, as well as the color and shape of the fruit. Furthermore, two varieties of Chetaki, namely, black and white, are described by Bhavamishra in Bhavaprakashnighantu. The Black Variety Chetaki, ‘Krisnaatwekaangulamata’ (Black chebulic myrobalan of only one fingerbreadth size) described by Bhavamishra may be compared with the black small-sized fruit of Haritaki (Jangi Haritaki/immature fruit of Haritaki) of the present time, which is available everywhere. ‘Churnarthachetakisasthaa’ told for manufacturing the powder form of medicine for laxative purpose, the Jangi Haritaki (Chetaki) is mainly used. The other variety (white) the Golden/Big variety, which is six-angula (six fingerbreadths) in length may be one of the variations of the large variety of Haritaki available in the market, which is used in the manufacture of preparations like, Abhayarishta, Agastyaharitakee, Vyaghriharitakee Avaleha, etc.
Liver function tests: Based on in vitro research, treatment and pretreatment of cultured rat primary hepatocytes with an aqueous extract of Terminalia chebula fruit or with HP-1 (an herbal formulation containing Terminalia chebula) may reverse tert-butyl hydroperoxide (t-BHP)-induced cell cytotoxicity and lactate dehydrogenase leakage and lower the serum levels of liver enzymes (48; 49;2).
From all that I am finding out about Haritaki it appears the ancients knew how to use it very effectively. When in full health is present haritaki increases sexual health to the point of being an aphrodisiac. When health is weakened it is not of help, instead increasing health issues that are unwelcome. My recommendation: Stay healthy and enjoy all the many benefits of haritaki.
– Essentials oils can be used to help stimulate the Pineal Gland and facilitate states of spiritual awareness, meditation, astral projection, etc. Good essential oils for Pineal Gland purposes include: Lavender, Sandalwood, Frankincense, Parsley, Davana, Pine, Pink Lotus, and Mugwort (excess use of Mugwort has a neurotoxin effect if inhaled directly, so be careful!). Essential oils can be inhaled directly, burned in a diffuser or nebulizer, and added to bath water.

Gallstones are hardened deposits of digestive fluid that can form in your gallbladder. Your gallbladder is a small, pear-shaped organ on the right side of your abdomen, just beneath your liver. The gallbladder holds a digestive fluid called bile that’s released into your small intestine. Gallstones range in size from as small as a grain of sand to as large as a golf ball. Some people develop just one gallstone, while others develop many gallstones at the same time. People who experience symptoms from their gallstones usually require gallbladder removal surgery. Gallstones that don’t cause any signs and symptoms typically don’t need treatment.
Like with most things, finding a “remedy” for  something that is not quite so straight forward isn’t the answer. The search for a “remedy” in itself is a train of thought that is lazy, mechanistic, and not one in line with the specific goal here. However, what is required is dedication, time, and work. I will be implementing some of these proposed remedies as part of my upcoming fast along with beginning a regular practice of meditation and chanting… not specifically as a “cure-all,” but rather as an opportunity to take the energy my body normally uses for digestion and redirect it toward healing and development in order to reaffirm my intent for the future.
Nithyananda reports that most people doing this evaluation, experience a huge difference in their understanding and ability to cognize deeper truths when taking Haritaki. The same applies for the IQ test. Most people report that they see an increase in their IQ scores when they reduce the junk food eating and include this yogic super brain food in their diet.

Gastrointestinal agents: Based on an animal studies, Terminalia chebula may accelerate the healing of indomethacin-induced stomach ulceration in rats (45) and, at a dose of 100mg/kg daily for 15 days orally, increased the percentage of gastric emptying (compared with metoclopramide, a prokinetic drug) (46). Based on a study in rats with duodenal ulcers, a mixture of Ayurvedic medicines that included Terminalia chebula (with Glycyrrhiza glabra, Piper longum, and Shanka bhasma) may increase the activity of beta-glucuronidase activity in the Brunner’s glands (47).
I set up a treasure hunt for 3 of the children. While blindfolded, they ran through rooms full of furniture with ease. They were able to read continuously changing headlines from websites such as CNN news. They then were asked to find a car with a particular California license plate number in a parking lot that had about 40 other cars. They ran through the parking lot reading off the last few letters or numbers of the license plates. They then spotted the car with the correct license plate, from approximately 40 feet away, and ran to it to confirm it.
We found out that when an object such as a coconut is held in another person’s flat hand, we could move them quite easily so that they would roll out of the hand on to the floor. I rolled hundreds of coconuts using this method. Moving the same coconut on the ground was much harder and I was not able to do that. I think that we become one with another person much easier than we become one with the ground.
